Witam wszystkich!
Mam do Was następujące pytanie , otoz , moja zona pracuje w dwoch szkolach , 2
lipca tego roku urodzila dziecko oraz poszla na urlop macierzynski, po
skonczonym urlopie poszla na zalegly urlop z wakacji. Kazda ze szkol inaczej
naliczyla ten urlop tzn w jednej liczono wraz z sobotami oraz niedzielami w
drugiej bez sobot oraz niedziel. Ktora albowiem ze szkol ma racje , jedna oraz druga
obstaja przy swoim.
Pozdrawiam oraz z gory dziekuje za odpowiedzi.

problem polega na tym, że błędnie przeprowadzonego procesu dydaktycznego nie da
się naprawić. Jeżeli nauczyciel będzie realizował plan wynikowy kompletnie
oderwany od wymagań programowych, to wyniki egzaminu (gimnazjalnego, matury) na
pewno będą fatalne. Rzecz w tym, że tego się już nie cofnie. Co po tym, że
nadzór pedagogiczny PO egzaminie stwierdzi, że przyczyną była zła realizacja
programu? Dla uczniów, którzy oblali egzamin nie przyniesie to żadnego skutku. A
tymczasem da się tego uniknąć już PRZED rozpoczęciem realizacji sprawdzając, czy
zaplanowana przez nauczyciela praca odpowiada potrzebom ucznia (czyli temu, co
będzie wymagane na egzaminie). Nadzór nad realizacją oznacza nie wyłącznie kontrolę
skutków realizacji - to także (a właściwie przede wszystkim) nadzór nad jej
przebiegiem: od momentu zaplanowania, poprzez każdy etap wykonania, aż po
skutki. inne
